STOTT PILATES® is an anatomically based approach to the original Joseph Pilates method of exercise. STOTT training is known as the “Harvard” of Pilates training. Certification requires instructors to understand the quality of form to improve postural imbalances for functional outcomes.
Pilates enthusiasts love the challenge that comes with the STOTT stability chair because it works the deepest core muscles. Others like the upright position with the chair because it allows people to work out upright if they have vertigo, balance problems or chronic pain.

The barre workout helps develop the long lean look for thighs, legs and buns that Pilates enthusiasts are known to have. Ballet Barre workout is a mix of core fusion, mat classes and group circuit.
